Casino Beverage Cocktail Server (Part-Time)
Pay: $7.00/hour + tips
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
WarHorse Gaming Omaha is seeking energetic, guest-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Casino Beverage Cocktail Servers. In this fast-paced, high-energy environment, you will deliver exceptional beverage service while creating a fun and memorable experience for our guests on the casino floor.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly beverage service to all guests
- Accurately enter and process orders using the POS system
- Prepare drink setups and properly garnish beverages
- Retrieve used glassware and maintain a clean, organized service area
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding alcohol service
- Maintain active knowledge and compliance with S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. training
- Handle cash and maintain accurate server bank balances (if applicable)
- Promote positive guest relations and respond professionally to guest needs
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance in accordance with company standards
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable using POS systems, mobile devices, and touchscreen technology
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Part-Time Hours (flexible scheduling based on business needs)
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Work is performed in a casino environment with exposure to noise, secondhand smoke, and high guest volume
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
- Must complete Alcohol Awareness training (S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S.)
- ServSafe certification preferred
