Pay: $15/hour + Tips


Position Summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha is seeking a guest-focused Slot Attendant to deliver an exceptional gaming experience on our casino floor. This role is responsible for assisting guests with slot machine operations, jackpots, and service needs while maintaining a strong presence on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding guest service by actively assisting guests on the gaming floor
  • Respond promptly to slot machine issues and guest requests
  • Perform minor machine repairs and resets as needed
  • Process and verify hand-paid jackpots in accordance with internal controls
  • Replenish ticket voucher paper in machines
  • Explain game features, payouts, and jackpots to guests
  • Create player accounts and issue player cards
  • Assist guests with beverage service requests
  • Maintain security of assigned equipment (keys, radios, handheld devices)
  • Handle guest concerns professionally with empathy and ownership through resolution
  • Support team members and maintain a positive work environment
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Attend required trainings and assist with onboarding of new team members

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Gaming or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using mobile devices, tablets, and basic computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Casino environment includes exposure to secondhand smoke and noise levels
  • Role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed

Licensing Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
