SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Wardrobe Seamster/Attendant is responsible for operating a sewing machine to join, gather, hem, reinforce, construct, and decorate uniforms. The Wardrobe Tailor/Attendant is also responsible for the mass production of accessories. Fits, measures, and performs all other necessary alterations and tasks.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:Essential duties and tasks that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
• Issues and sorts for washing and receiving of uniforms.
• Records necessary information for uniform laundry process.
• Tags, issues, receives uniforms.
• Maintains records for all uniformed Team Members.
• Ensures compliance with safety and health guidelines.
• when necessary.
• Assists Wardrobe staff in daily operation duties.
• Keeps track of discarded uniforms.
• Communicate supply needs to management, ensure supplies are available at all times.
• Maintain equipment and report damage or broken equipment immediately.
• Measures for size, using tape measure, tailors chalk, pins and recording measurements and modifications into garment tracked computerized software system.
• Provides all sewing, altering, and mending for team member uniforms as needed.
• Provides mending service for our guests on request and minor alterations from retail shop.
• Operates and maintains sewing equipment.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Sewing, alteration and sewing equipment experience.
• Ability to use industrial straight stitch and blind hem machines, organizational skills, ability to effectively interact with people.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and job specific software.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel is not required for this position.


WORK HOURS: Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team members must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.

Is this position responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages or do they have comp authority? No

Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License.
