The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and financial performance. This role leads and develops front-of-house teams, collaborates closely with back-of-house leadership, ensures compliance with all regulatory and company standards, and drives guest satisfaction through quality service, consistency, and accountability.

Practices, supports, and upholds the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC
Schedules, directs, supervises, trains, and develops front-of-house staff for assigned outlets
Partners with culinary and back-of-house teams to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service
Ensures compliance with all company policies, internal controls, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Maintains high standards of safety, sanitation, and cleanliness across all assigned areas
Manages inventory, requisitions, ordering, and proper storage of food, beverage, equipment, and supplies
Oversees food preparation, portion control, and presentation standards
Develops and executes promotions and initiatives to drive outlet revenue
Ensures proper payment, comp authorization, and cash-handling procedures are followed
Authorizes comp transactions in accordance with company policy
Conducts inspections of supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure operational readiness
Serves as a primary point of contact for guest feedback and resolves service or quality concerns
Maintains budgets, payroll records, and reviews financial transactions
Establishes performance expectations and customer service standards for team members
Controls food, labor, and operating costs to optimize profitability on a daily basis
Recommends and implements strategies to increase revenue and operational efficiency
Attends required meetings, trainings, and leadership development sessions
Promotes positive guest, employee, and public relations
Performs other duties as assigned
A satisfactory combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of stated requirements.
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of eight (8) years of Food & Beverage experience, including five (5) years in a supervisory or management role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Strong experience with POS systems, including operational use and programming
Working knowledge of government health, food service, and hospitality regulations
Demonstrated experience in financial accountability, budgeting, and cost control

Travel is not required for this position.
Due to the nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
Position involves selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages and includes comp authority
Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
