Status: Part-Time | Day Shift
The Beverage Server is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. This role is focused on creating a welcoming, engaging, and memorable guest experience by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
The following duties are considered essential and must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation:
Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly beverage service to all guests
Accurately enters orders into the POS system
Prepares beverage set-ups and garnishes according to standards
Retrieves and clears used glassware in a timely manner
Maintains proper balance of server bank, when applicable
Complies with all department policies, procedures, and internal controls
Follows all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the service of alcohol
Maintains current S.M.A.R.T. and/or T.I.P.S. certification
Promotes positive guest and team member relations
Maintains a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times
Attends required meetings and training sessions
Performs other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Must be 19 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Skills & Abilities
Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
Ability to use mobile devices and touch-screen technology
Experience with smartphones and tablet applications preferred
Demonstrates professionalism, ethical conduct, and a commitment to service excellence

Due to the nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
Travel is not required for this position.
Responsible for selling and serving alcoholic beverages
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
Alcohol Awareness Certification (ServSafe, TIPS, or equivalent) required
